Who we are

Data we collect
When you fill in the request form we collect what you enter: your name, mobile number, company or organisation name, and the services you need. With each request we also store the visit source, campaign and landing link, so we know which channel you came from.
When you use the AI assistant we store the conversation and any contact or project details you share in it. When you apply for a job we collect your name, mobile number, email, specialty, portfolio link and CV.
How we use data
We use your data to contact you about your request, understand your needs, and prepare and follow up on the right proposal. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone for marketing purposes.
The AI assistant runs on Claude by Anthropic; chat messages are sent to it only to generate replies.
Where it is stored
Requests, chats and job applications are stored in the website dashboard, accessible only to the Kaizen team responsible for follow-up. A copy of a request may also be sent to our internal request log (Google Sheets).
Analytics tools and cookies
We use Google Tag Manager and Google measurement and advertising tools to understand visits and campaign performance. These tools receive general events such as button clicks, request received, service type and request number; we never send them your name, number or email. You can control cookies from your browser settings.
WhatsApp buttons open the WhatsApp app with a ready message; the conversation is subject to WhatsApp's privacy policy.
Retention
We keep request data for the period of contact and follow-up and as required by regulations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
