Management and delivery of the 6th International Quality Conference in Jeddah through an integrated operation covering the scientific programme, research, lectures, training courses and the accompanying exhibition, through to the awards, the closing ceremony and the gala dinner. The work included planning, fit-out, operations and logistics, along with the training registration platform, advertising and promotional campaigns, media and press coverage, and live streaming.
